We want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with Roots of a Rosebud. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn or unused
  • with all original tags
  • in its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • personal care and hygiene products (such as sanitary towels)
  • perishable goods
  • custom or personalized products
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before placing a return request.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, items must be:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • with proof of purchase

Please note that hygiene-related exceptions may still apply where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
