Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details, where available.
Please note that during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- International destinations (where available)
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free or promotional shipping, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:

- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times do not include order processing time.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

- packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient

Lost or Damaged Packages
